Now the woman has given birth to a child. This condition is called feet in feet in medical language. According to doctors, this happens to one in a million women. Since the birth, the newborn is admitted in the SNCU ward of the district hospital, doctors are deliberating on performing a caesarean section to save him.
The investigation revealed that there was a baby in the womb of the woman
According to media reports, this rare case has come to light in a pregnant woman of Sagar district. Bundelkhand Medical College Radiology Department Chairman and Professor Dr. PP Singh said that a pregnant woman resident of Kesli came to his private clinic for a check-up in the 9th month. Investigation revealed that the woman's fetus was also carrying a baby. He was then called to the medical college, where during the examination, the presence of a baby/teratoma was also noticed in the woman's womb. The woman was then advised to deliver at the medical college, but she came here with an Asha worker. The woman was then taken back to Kasli Community Health Centre, where a normal delivery took place.
'Tumor found in child's stomach'
Doctor PP Singh said that in the ultrasound report, there was a dark spot in the belly of the child growing in the woman's stomach. We did doppler and blood started coming. It expressed the possibility of feet in feet, in which the baby was growing in the baby's stomach.
'I have never seen such a case in my life'
According to media reports, Dr. PP Singh said that such a case is very rare in medical history. One case out of five lakh women comes like this. So far only 200 such cases have come up in the world, which have been registered online in the literature. I myself have seen the first such case in my life.
'More likely to be a child'
Doctor PP Singh said that a baby girl was born to the pregnant woman through normal delivery. A CT scan of the newborn baby girl has been done. In which the possibility of having a child in her stomach is becoming more visible. The likelihood of teratoma is low.
